This article raises some interesting points about the media assault which bombards us with what a perfect body should be like.Does this cause anyone else concern about body image?
The point of this article was that many men as well as women are feeling very self conscious about being seen in public as a result of the improbable images the media are portraying as normal. What can we as a group do about this?
Nothing! A quick look at the front of our nudist magazines shows young or pretty models not the 50yrs+ flabbies which make up the majority of nudists. LOL no offence.

We can accept one another as we are. We don't need to be guided by man improved images in magazines. Yes we are over the hill, let's not panic about it, as we can be confident about our own image and let no other inferior thoughts enter your mind.
Let's all feel comfortable the way we are and of course a little work out and doing the right sort of pampering inside and out will make us all feel so much better.
