TELESCOPE?
Lets get this ball rolling.
I'll start with my mount which is a Skywatcher HEQ5-pro which i use to mount one of three telescopes, Firstly my 6" f/8 newtonian which I haven't used in years! Then I have an Orion Optics 10" f/4 newtonian which will be my fast imaging scope, but it needs a new mirror cell before it will be much use. My current favourite scope is a little Revelation 80mm f5.6 APO, i like it because it is less hassle than the newtonians, i never have to worry about it colliding with the tripod legs, all i need to do is get a stepper motor connected to the focuser & then I can start using it to image.on any of these telescopes I have a range of different cameras for use depending on what I am imaging, cameras include, a canon EOS10d, an Atik Monochrome CCD & LRGB filterwheel, & a range of webcams in various states of modification.I've also got a range of scopes under my wing as it were, as i am the observatory director for my local Astro Soc where we have an over engineered 12" f/7 newtonian in a big dome, an 18" JMI newtonian (think its an f/6) we've also got a 10" & 12" Meade waiting to be housed.
