World Naked Bike Ride, Houston 2012

Houston's second annual World Naked Bike Ride will have you seeing double. We're riding along with most of the Northern Hemisphere WNBR events on the night of 9 June, then again the following Saturday 16 June.
You want details? We've got details.
As most of you know, this global event began as a protest against fossil fuel dependency, car culture, and the vulnerability of those who use people-powered transport. It is also a demonstration in favor of bodily freedom, especially in this nation where law enforcement treats nudity as a sex crime.
Get to Super Happy Fun Land any time between 7 & 9 pm to decorate your bike & yourself. The ride starts around 9:30, covering about 15 miles/24 kilometers, with a couple of stops en route. The route for each ride is yet to be determined.
SHFL is located at 3801 Polk Street, about 20 blocks east of the George R. Brown Convention Center.
