Creating a nonlanded club

So I am looking for guidence on how to start a nonlanded club and find like minded nudists in the area. Anybody that has ideas, lets hear them. And if you live in or aound the Tri-Cities are of Michigan would like to hear from you as well..Thanks all

None landed club - would that be one in the middle of the ocean, or a flying club ?
