Logging into chat Room

I have now tried several times to log into chat room. Have read and agree to Chat room rules, but then screen returns to option
Chat Room / log out this goes round & round on samne circuit - Please what am I doing wrong ?

Chat requires Adobe Flash to work. My first guess is that is not properly installed on your computer.

I don't normally chat, but I tried it, and it let me right in.
