Sandy Hook, home to Gunnison Beach, Makeover

For those who do not get the Newark Star Ledger, there was an article in the 08/05/2012 Sunday edition on pages 13 and 14 of section onetitled "Does Sandy Hook need a makeover? Park Service wants to know." Sandy Hook is home to Gunnison Beach. Of the four or so plans, only one, "leave it as is," does not show North Beach being combined with Gunnison beach. Other than the maps, they say nothing about Gunnison Beach. Below are links to the article and the National Park Service (NPS) page for the General Management Plan (GMP).
