oh gawd body lotion...i never used as a kid or adult. but now, getting older...need it daily. as a man, i prefer the unscented, non-greasy kind. hard to find a good one that actually helps. then again, you gotta do it all the time time, can't skip a day.

I enjoy good food, good drinks, and good times. I do try to eat clean as in no processed foods. I will drink fairly regularly either wine with my wife or beer with the guys. All in moderation though. I try to enjoy my time off. I try to do as many chores during the week so my wife and I can enjoy as much time off together as we can.

Swimming (when the pools are open), mountain bike riding, some weights plus watching what I eat, quality & quantity. And some red wine.
