"If the company offers pay and conditions and the participants accept the pay and conditions who needs the union taking their part of some one else's pay?"
So if the "company" runs the ad for 5 years and makes plenty of money off of it, those actors have no claim or share of that and no recourse. The union insures that they are properly treated and compensated.
But what's the point? You are conservative and therefore hate unions. Mine provide me with retirement funds, benefits, disability when needed and even retirement homes.
Did I "charge" the company with any violations? No I did not. Simply volunteered to make the union aware of it. Why do you always leap directly to screaming hysteria?
I don't want to think about what is on your keyboard, but I imagine it's a hot mess of weak bodily fluids and large scales of skin.
"Says the rectum with legs who is alleging that the company is in violation of rules without one iota of evidence. Don't talk to me about research, tedious little boy. In your 1100+ posts, NOT ONCE have you ever researched anything. You just spout your specious piffle like toxic waste from a ruptured drum and then attack anyone who dares to question your garbage."
Now that's another lie and you are piling them up. I've quoted the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal and used the congressional record for facts and figures. All of which you choose to ignore because you don't like facts.
You must keep Wikipedia open all the time. You know nothing about the entertainment business, so please don't pretend. You aren't even entertaining. And so far you have trashed any source that I named above.
You feel unions are corrupt and the source of all evil. I do not. As asked above, if you hate them so much, why didn't you leave your union shop?
