Ageism, an aspect out of control

Age and time, we're unable to control. We all have lived and still live, Why do younger generations put us older individuals on the scrap heap of society? we can clearly see, that even within the nudist society, we as older individuals are not accepted, without even given a thought, of what length and pain it took for some of us to achieve to even get to the stage we are. There is a lot of age discrimination going on in many profiles, and why? what could be the reason for it? after all we should be equal, regardless of age, gender and race.
In most cases, "you hug your babies, but them being grown, don't hug you".
Any thoughts on to this?

I don't see anyone "demanding" respect. And your definition of a "hostile" attack is, of course, reactionary, paranoid, and limited. There was nothing in post #4 directed at you personally. It was an opinion. The fact that you take it personally and choose to "flame" it rather proves his point.

Thanks every one for your abslutey much "undesired contributions", you have slaughtered the topic with your own intimidating intellect. Certainly, commonsense and tact could have been applied. I have found out, that among very nice nudists here, there are also quiet some extremely toxic characters, obsessed with revenge against one another, creating a battlefield, where we should have learned temperance at least.

Welcome to the forum, uechin. Do we have your vote for moderation here? Please, do not assume, suggest or tempt. I am not aware of ever pinpointing or attacking you, of which you did for your own reason, but of what avail? LET THERE BE PEACE!!!!

Maybe they fixed the block feature. Thankfully, I'm not seeing NiMA.

The pursuit of youth is not limited to the young. I have no doubt that younger members of the site are subject to more odd, inappropriate overtures from people older than they are, than from people their own age. If enough of that happens, I can understand why they'd push back.
I belonged to another site for a while that allowed people to block
other users from seeing them by age category. When I reached 60, I
noticed an odd thing - I was getting correspondence from people
responding to forum posts or shared interests, but whose profiles were
invisible to me. As an individual, I was someone they wanted to interact
with, but as a category, I was not - they had hidden themselves
from everyone 60 and older - and probably then forgotten about it or
didn't understand how it worked. Or maybe they did: correspondence was
possible only if they initiated it.
