I was curious if anyone else feels claustrophobic at times in there clothes?

Today I have simply wanted to be naked. I feel hot and almost gripped by the fabric.
I can't when working and won't in front of my boys. Neither would appreciate it and I wouldn't feel comfortable.
For me its being outside. Sure, sleeping naked and strolling free when the house is mine is great.
Tonight though... I feel like my insides are crawling. Hahaha. Maybe thats just weird. Still, What do you do when you can't be nude although you need it. :)
OH, and this thread is about 'Does this happen to you, and what do you do to get through it'?
I know there are side issues like the freedom or not to be naked and natural in front of your children... etc.
We can do those on another thread hey? Ka Pow - Gidz is being a thread n@zi. But i'm keen to listen (read) and learn (learn)
Thanks. :D

For sure. Especially when I'm on the mainland traveling, staying in the same clothes all day adds to the fatigue factor. Traveling alone, I've sometimes taken a break in an unequivocally private ravine or patch of woods. Around the house, with guests who aren't comfortable with nudity, at least I have the shower - the only shower is outside - so I can just turn on the water and the guest is alerted to keep to the other side of the house. And (thank goodness) we have our own little patch of woods, too.

I was claustrophobic last night in a hospital gown...had an unexpected stay at our little hospital, and it was all I could do to keep from ripping off the gown. It's just not natural!

Sorry about the hospital stay. Those gowns - Yuk! I feel more "naked" wearing one of those than I do just being naked; there's this sense of failure if you can't make them cover various strategic places they are not well-designed to cover. Same thing with being asked to strip to underwear in a doctor's office; since I don't own underwear, at least I don't have to put up with that silliness any more. I do feel comfortable in a pareu wrap - that's what I use at home when I just can't abide staying dressed out of courtesy to guests.

Argh... Really feeling it now. It's 8:30am and start work shortly. My shorts feel to loose. My t-shirt to tight and shoes feel like bricks on my feet.Roll on 5:00pm and then my kids go to their Mums for an overnighter and I can strip off. Some interesting comments above.

Living in Canada, the summers are short but sweet. Its been cold and raining for what seems like a month. I want to feel the suns rays on my naked body so badly.. but the beech is out of the question and so is the resort.. just too cold.
The best I can do now is make a warm fire, take a shower and be nude.. I love it.
Thank god for down filled blankets. Natural is the only way to sleep in them.
If you wear pj's, you get all tangled up and lose blood circulation in the arms and is not comfortable at all.

I do feel claustrophobic at times in my clothes...especially when i am overly warm. I work as a cook and sometimes after work, especially in the summer heat, I am in a big rush to remove my clothes so I can cool down.

I figured in the beginning that was the reason I was a nudist was because I'm very claustrophobic in most cases daily, but I find that I'm not nearly as claustrophobic when I'm naked! I can get into small places much better when naked, and stay for extended periods of time if needed... (Like I live in a peer and beam building, I've been naked under it when I had to stay longer than an hour.... (It took me an hour to get over the fact I was about to be naked with all the bugs rofl).... The only time I'm not naked at home is when either someone is about to come over and they are not nudist knowledgeable... or I'm cleaning my house... I find that I will almost always put on socks at the least when cleaning.... Dunno Why haha.... I hate clothing. It is always too tight, doesn't matter how big it is.
Don't put me in a sweater, don't put me in a heavy coat, and you will hardly ever find me in long pants.... If you know I'm a nudist, you will never find us clothed at home haha.....

I do feel very claustrophobic in clothes and rather not wear anything, one thing I dislike on this post is cat pictures, posted by a certain member. Cats or any pets or animals have got noting to do with human naturism/ nudism on any post. We need no novelties here,
It does deplete from and defeat the purpose from being our naked self. Animals are just created as they are with no clothing and just the way they are. Why on earth can we not be the way we are without clothing. There is enough to battle with.

Not claustrophobic but we both get increasingly irritable when we are dressed for longer periods of time. I get relief by driving naked. Depending on what she's wearing ... she may or may not be able to shed some of her clothes as well and it depends on what vehicle we are driving. I think it's tougher when we are naked most of the day, like at the club, a resort or the beach but most times we drive home naked from those venues. I've stated it before that they skin is the largest organ on our body. It needs to breath, just like we do and when you cover it up for long periods of time ... it becomes aggitated and irritable. Once you allow it to breath ... the rest of your body reacts and your feel less stressed and tense. ;-)
