Yes very much, but we don't get much of it here. So I take my holidays in the south of Europe where it is sunny and warm enough to be naked. I spent last Christmas there, on the beach and skinnidipping on Christmas day.

Oh, yes, how could I be without sun? In my childhood and youth days I lived in the northern hemisphere, where soaking up the sun is limited....never enough. I came out to Australia and found my fill... no regrets. I tend to become depressed, when deprived of sunlight.

I feel, love for Sun bathing is the most primary element that leads most of us to naturism and nudism .

I can't seem to get enough of it. Love the feel of it on my body. I think the more of your body is exposed to it the better it is for your health; both physically and mentally. You can over do it physically but not mentally. Would hate to live somewhere where the sun wasn't out much.

I know what you mean Surfer, same here. I almost left for the beach this morning to catch some, but it seems the weather wasn't going to cooperate. Another day :) I do feel better after being at the beach in full nude setting.It's too bad it's overcast today. Would have been a great way to start the week! Planning to spend more time there this year. It's so de-stressing for me! The beach is like my church. The nude beach is like Mecca! or the Vatican! It's so peaceful down there. Took this the last time I was there.
