us states where public nudity is laid back

from what i've read it seems only oregon and vermont are laid back on nudity laws, don't seem to concerned where your nipple, pubic area or butt starts or ends. why should it matter in other 48 states, not saying that you should walk nude down main street but if a person is relaxing nude in their backyard or by a quiet creek what is the big deal, people want to associate nudity with a sexual act but it seems that the people making and applying the laws seem to be the ones in the news breaking the laws with their sexual preversions at airports and other places, we as nudist only want to sunbathe nude whats the deal.

I agree, we should be able to relax nude in our own yards. The law in Texas is extremely vague and too much is left open to interpretation. In most cases the interpretation is listed that it was done in a sexual nature, when that isn't the case at all.

I am not a lawyer, but the wording of TX allows nude in private like your back yard. The prosecution bears the burdon of proof if they try to claim it was sexual.
