I had an email to say my status was upgraded but then on the site it still says I am not a Truenudist. Is it me or is it you?

I'm guessing you are talking about when you uploaded your picture. Uploading a picture allows you access to most of the site. Getting certified will allow you to access the rest. For information on certification. Click the Get Certified link in the "My Account" area

What's update for and how is it done and why is it necessary? Jerry
You can update your status and to let your truenudist friends know what you're doing whenever you like. It's just a fun way to let everyone know what you're up to.
