I'm planning to go to CDA this year for the first time. any hints where to stay? when's the best time?cheers!Hey there...the best time is in August...when most Europeans are on vacation. The best places to stay are the chalets in the Rene oltra campground (much nicer than it sounds) or an apartment in Heliopolis...rent from peng France...let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers, drew

You suggest during the month of August, but mind you that there are often too many people, with offices too busy! Also many 'not-so-well-educated' people are coming during this time as well. For an agency try also the one of the kind Sylviane Byll.

My favorite time is the end of June... just BEFORE the French schools let out and kids are there... more adults and very calm. It's an amazing experience--no matter the time of year; just go! Also--I' usually the ONLY naked person at night! Do all of us a favor--go naked! Start a trend! :-)

I'm also a newbie when it comes to Cap d'Agde (or any other social nudist settings actually)What would you guys recommend doing when going there for the first time? Would it be wise to go alone or is it better if you meet up with other (perhaps even random) people and go with them?
