The Right to be Nude IS NOT a Protected Right!
I just saw that a court ruling, about nudism in San Francisco California, was just issued that said the right to be nude is not a protected right. This is great! We have a court stepping into the issue of nudism. What we now need is for interested parties to appeal this decision to a higher court. San Francisco is served by The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. This court has a history of issuing very liberal decisions so there is a good chance they would rule in favor of nudism. It would be great if we could take this issue all the way to the SCOTUS.
If the interested parties do file for an appeal they will have a long expensive road ahead of them. They will need money. If they go ahead and you see that they put out an appeal for money, please donate. This is something that affects all of us. Let's get together behind this effort.
To the people in SF who are close to the situation; please encourage that this issue be carried forward. We're all behind you.
You seem to like that fact that a liberal court presides. Strange, when you normally demonstrate nothing but contempt for liberals. And keep in mind that the supreme court has a 5-4 conservative majority, and trust me, Scalia thinks a nudist like you is a filthy pervert.
