A little troubling

I've been spending the winter by Playalinda so I frequently spend my days there and sometimes at Apollo. What troubles me are there is a certain couple of guys that are very annoying with their exhibiting themselves. They are very noticeable and belligerent about it. They have also made people a bit nervous. Yesterday one of them was there and he was in prime form. I didn't feel I should approach him alone so I asked a couple other regulars to help with a discussion with him. This troubles me more......the ones I approached all said he was out of place but didn't want to be involved with doing anything about it. Just a matter of time someone complains to authorities and everyone may pay the price. Got to protect our beaches and our lifestyle. Trust me the law isn't going to protect it.
