Enjoy Running

I run marathons, but have also participated in the nude racing series here in TX. Many of my running companions don't understand how anyone can run nude.

I haven't run in a few years. Recently we had a nude 5K at our resort. It sure looked like a lot of fun and has me interested again in running and maybe entering the event next year.

I ran the 7K Trail Race at Sunny Rest in Palmerton PA last week which was my first nude race or even nude run. It felt weird warming up but I adjusted to the lack of usual support. Another weird feeling was the lack of sweat that normally goes along with running in a humid environment. I ran recently clothed in the rain when my shorts were soaked and heavy. Although I like the sun, I'd like to experience a nude run in the rain with reasonable temps.

I missed all the nude runs this year! I guess I just have to train for them with clothes on.. Haha... Hope next year is the year!!

I have been running for more than 30 years and have run naked a few times on nude beaches and resorts. I would like to run in a nude race and would like to hear from someone who has participated and hear what they thought of the experience. A nudist club sponsors a naked 5K every year but I have always had a conflict. Maybe next year.

I have started to do some nude late evening running around the local lanes and found how unfit but such a good feeling I am but will keep on trying to get fit as it is such a good feeling.
