painted on undies

I know men have dificulty incorporating the penis into bodypaint artwork. I have seen a few examples, one of which I uploaded to the group galary. The penis has been a serpent, an elephant's trunk or Pinokio's nose (it grows when he lies). But mostly I see it just painted over or protruding through a gap in the painted-on clothing. Does anyone have any suggestions?
