Beaches in or around Tampere

Hi,
My girlfriend and I will be visiting Tampere 2nd week of July. Are there any nudist friendly beaches in or around Tampere? I'm not too worried if the coastline is rocks, grass or sand/gravel, but my girlfriend would prefer sand.
