URGENT: PICTURES BEING STOLEN! ! !

As most of you know, I am one of the chatroom moderators. Iwas on Tumblr the other day looking for nudist blogs and I came across this blogcalled "Real Life Nudism" Whoever runs the blog is stealing pictures from several TN users, including FLUFFYBLONDE (a moderator) and JTravawesome. Also, after talking with the other moderators about this, they informed me that they recognize several people from True Nudists whose pictures have been posted on this blog and re blogged onto other (some sexual) Tumblr blogs. Here is one post from the person who runs it (while I do not agree with what they have done)."Just like most nudist Tumblrs, this Tumblr posts images which are already available publicly on other nudist websites and blogs. If anyone wants their photo to be removed they should contat us and we will happily remove it. Two people have done so and their photos have been removed. But we cannot delete those photos from the internet. If they are here, they are also visible elsewhere.None of my photos are stolen from peoples personal files, they are all from elsewhere on the internet.Tumblr does not require users to get permission from people before posting their photos. Read the terms of service."
The Tumblr blogger has said that they will remove any pictures upon request.Several of us have trusted this site and the people on it and have posted pictures of ourselves. It has been proven that the person doing this has taken still shots of people in the chatroom via their webcams as well. It is my personal opinion that what this person has done is severely violate this trust, which is incredibly wrong. It is my recommendation that EVERYONE start blocking their pictures and do a house cleaning on their friends list. Also, if your pictures show up on this site, please request that they be removed if you so chose.THE SITE OWNERS HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF THIS AS WELL AS ALL OF THE OTHER MODERATORS.HERE IS THE LINK TO THE PAGE!https://reallifenudism.tumblr.com/Very Respectuflly,LIBeachCowboy

And constantly we hear the battle cry of you're not a "true nudist" if you won't post pictures on here. Anything you put on the internet is public domain, people. Haven't the recent revelations coming out of DC proven that?? Post pictures at your own risk.

I am not a lawyer, but I guess bands801 are correct. One solution could be to use a photo editor with a water-mark feature. On this reallife-nudism blog I noticed that a majority of the pictures are of females, and seeing that an overwhelming majority here are men I wonder how "authentic" the reallife-nudism blog is....
In the world of internet there will always be perverts out there, people watching naturist photos instead of porn or people joining sex-related sites posting false profile pictures. Some of these sites have moderators but I am not sure that reporting stolen pictures will help much - could of course be worth a try.
Being a nudist I find it only natural on joining truenudists that I have a nude photo. I certainly don't like it getting stolen, and may be right now there is a pervert out there posing as me.....

Legally, quite wrong. It's copyright infringement. The owner of the image has the sole discretion what to do with their image. Just because it's there, doesn't mean it can be legally used with out the owners permission.Legal or not, it happens and will continue to happen. There is a small cabal of people on this site who constantly chide those of us who refuse to post nude pictures to become certified....despite repeated assurances those pictures are "safe". And time and again incidents like these prove otherwise.....Screams of copyright infringement aren't going to un-ring the bell when your pictures end up in the wrong hands, are they?
Once again, POST AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I suppose you can live your life in a closet. But to me living as a nudist involves going out into the world nude. Whether doing WNBR, enjoying a day at a nude beach, or going to a club I have been nude in public and have ended up in other's pictures. Since I don't know who may have taken a picture with me in the background (or foreground for that matter) I have no control of the images.
Do I want to see my nude picture on the front page of the newspaper? Of course not. But, the possibility of a picture of my ass (of which I have no control) is a small price to pay the enjoyment that I get from public nuding.

Was told repeatedly that no one's picture was going to be taken. Only members of the resort. A couple of weeks later, I visited the resort's web site and saw a picture of my butt on their events page. Had mixed feelings about this. Sad because they broke their promise. Happy because I now had a picture to document my participation.

I feel slighted. I have pictures posted here. They have been here for a couple of years. Nobody has stolen any.
