Sleeping truly naked

And lying on your back as well! I don't know if this is true, but I think we lose more body heat that way. Whenever I sleep in my stomach, I stay pretty warm, but on my back I get chilly quickly. I love it when I don't have to worry about being cold while sleeping.

I only get under covers when it is cold. We keep our thermostat at 80, so it's not generally cold in the house except in winter (we keep it at 68 then to save $).

I sleep nude year round. In the summer when it is warm, I will remove the covers and just lay on the bed.

Therefore, yes I sleep on top of the covers, fully nude, when warm enough and under the covers when too cool. In the summer I often run the ceiling fan as well to ensure I'm cool enough. On the other hand, my wife always sleeps clothed and usually under the covers as well. In the summer she may wear only panties and camisole but very rarely has she slept naked.

I've done this a few times. It's really relaxing. But it still gets pretty cold at night, and my bed is right next to the window. Open or closed, it is still cold.

During puberty and the summer months when warm indoors I started sleeping naked on top of the bed covers.I often woke up in the mornings to find the bedroom door open, realising my parents had seen me lying naked and I soon started being naked around the home in front of my parents and how I became a nudist.It's great you had such understanding and accepting parents. I don't know and never will I guess whether my parents would have held the same attitude but if so I could've started my nudist life long ago.

In the winter time covers it is. But in the summer no covers at all.

A week in Lanzarote saw me sleeping naked without any covers. It was warm overnight.
