A TN addict needs support

Hi all. I have this friend, see. No! Really! It's a friend - not me - but a member of this group. He (or she) is finding themselves still on the site at 4:30am. Can't eat, can't sleep....just lives off of his (or her) TN fix. Working tirelessly to keep the home page free of spam. I received a cry for helpand suggested he (or she)needed to attend another meeting. He (or she) said that they turned to us for help and support but to no avail. We were not here in their hour of need.

So everyone, show a sign of support to this true TNA. Last words I heard out of this addicts fingers was something along the lines of "Must not sleep, must warn others". Leave a message of encouragement. And tell him (or her) to bloody well go to bed!!!!

Jen

p.s. it's okay, you know who you are. Lol, I know who you are. Go ahead. Take a step forward. Acknowledge who you are. You know it's the first step.

RE: A TN addict needs support

Well Jen, thank you for bringing this poor soles plight to the attention of the group. I'm sure we can all identify with their situation. I can understand their embarrassment and reluctance to come forward and admit to their predicament, but I would encourage them to do so, as it IS, the first step on the road to recovery.
I would also suggest to, ........ to this, ... person, ... that he/she should try to delegate, I know it's not easy, but that IS the art of good management. It's true, Many hands DO make light work.
Sure, they may not be quite so fastidious as you are, but the overall effect is bound to be an increase in productivity, greater over all efficiency, leading to a far better working environment and a corresponding increase in moral, which, in turn, will in it's self lead, to even greater productivity, and therefore, an increase in the bottom line. Thereby freeing up more time and resources, enabling he/she, to spend more time thinking about innovation and new exciting projects for the future, whilst maintaining a firm hold of the rains and control of the overall direction. Not to mention a positive effect on their general health, and, ultimately, more sleep.
I suggest we all pull together on this, and try to get more involved in the general day to day admin, in an concerted effort, to assist this poor sole.

Thanks again Jen :)

Miss Linda...YOU ARE "THE MAN"! My tongue WAS in my cheek as I wrote that! From one addict to another (from one who should be putting on those damn clothes to go to work instead of here on the computer) thank you for your effort!
