I lived in Florida a few years. It was so hot that I jogged nude several miles at the local nature preserve. Several times I was surprised to see other men there. No one ever got upset...but they would nod or say hallo or give some small talk. I found it interesting no one ever looked shocked or upset that I was nude or evenasked about it. I think if they were with women or with other people they would have said something or maybe I would not have jogged past them. I am also surprised how it did not bother me either. I felt completely normal or perhapsI was too tired and too hot from jogging? ...and to this day it still happens. But I miss the Florida weather.
My best friend.
It was at Gunnison, and we went on a "dare", as I was interested in seeing what nudism was really "all about." Once we got there, it didn't take me very long to realize I wanted to try it out. While my best friend was napping, I went for a walk, got naked; and immediately realized that nudism was right for me. When he woke up he saw me naked besides him; so he was technically the first person to see me naked as a nudist.
He tried it too, enjoyed it; but decided it wasn't really "his thing." We still joke to this day about how I subsequently pursued nudism and have been one ever since that day; whereas for him it was a "one and done."
For me, it was the people at the nudist resort I went to.
It was one of those things I'd wanted to do for a very long time, to be nude outdoors. One warm Sunday I finally gathered up my courage and went to a nearby resort where they were having a volleyball tournament. Because it was a volleyball weekend, there were more visitors than regular guests so it wasn't as obvious that I was a stranger there. It was a great experience, one I've repeated many times since (of course I'm no longer considered a stranger).
Apart from my wife, there must have been some random stranger(s) who spied us when I (or we) went nude at quiet beaches. Perhaps at A-Bay, Lakes Entrance, Cape Schank, north of Merimbula or Cape Kimberly which were all 95% safe in my estimation at the time (my wife's only ever been comfortable with 99% safe and I may have oversold the opportunities). I definitely got caught in my fishnet string at A-Bay as the waves spat me out of the water when some ladies walked by. Wife less than impressed, although I thought it was a hoot.
Then whomever was nearby for my first visit to Sunnyside, when I went au naturel for the first time knowing I'd definitely be seen.
