Diet and skin?
There's quite a few articles on the web saying how healthy foods can have positive effects on the skin. I've found a few articles saying how omega 3 which is hard to get enough of can reduce sunburn risks. Pasture fed beef, fish and chia seeds are a good source of omega 3. Whats your understanding of this thing about healthy foods being good for the skin? BTW, the point I'm trying to make here is that if you care about your skin then you should eat well.
