Bare at the doctor's office

Yesterday I had to leave work and go right to the doctor's office. Since this was unplanned and since I normally am commando my underwear collection was home in the drawer. On the exam table my doctor realized that my fun parts were exposed under the bottom of the exam gown. He stopped what he as doing to get a cloth out of the cabinet in order to more fully drape me.
I was rather surprised. I had thought that physicians would not have issues with seeing body parts and for a brief second thought of apologizing for being commando, but that would be just too weird. This morning I am returning for more tests, you can be certain that undies will be worn.

I've had that happen many times. They, the Doctors, do it for the "patients modesty". Their words not mine.

Why would you not want to cover up something you don't want to see? If the Dr. is not examining that particular part of the body, why would he not cover it up?
Remember his values and be circumspect of your own.

I be sure to be up front and let them know that I do not wear "underware" when they ask me to completely disrobe if I am not expecting this. Otherwise I usually go prepared, or underwared.
