Advice on San Vicente Inn Los Angeles

Hi Everyone:
Can anyone give me feedback on the San Vicente Inn in West Hollywood? I'm planning a trip to LA soon, but have read mixed reviews about this hotel online. I do recognize that people tend to write reviews when they're unhappy - not when they're content but some feedback would be helpful. I believe this is the only clothing optional hotel in Los Angeles.
Is the property clean? Well cared for? Safe? Comfortable?
Any advice or feedback based on your experience?

I dont know a thing about San Vicente Inn but there are lots of nude gay resorts in Palm Springs.

Thanks! I've stayed in most of them on one trip or another. Will go back to Inndulge on this trip - arriving in PS on the 11th!
