I have just purchased an older motorhome at a low price, so I feel free to experiment with modifications. My son and I plan to add solar panels for camping where we are not provided with electrical hook up. Does anyone have experience with such things?

(I see the post is 2 yrs old). I've installed solar on our motorhome and our old travel trailer; it's pretty simple really.
