younger Melbourne guys get together/group

Hi Guys
so many younger guys say they feel out of place etc at
some of the swim nights or gatherings as it seems to attract an older
croud and other than being a nudist not a great deal in common any guys
out there to say mid up to 30s? interested in getting something together happy
to host or help host be it movie nights drinks n beers or bbqs trips to
the beach? let me know
