Dropping entirely or reducing intake of carbohydrates from grain, potatoes and other is not a bad thing for your organism, as they tend to cause a constant state of inflammation, severity of which varies from person to person.
All you have to do is that you eat enough fibers that you should get from various plants (mainly vegetables and herbs), as well as see that certain other vitamins and minerals are enough.
