I sail nude. My doctor loves it when I show up. She said she wished everyone was like me....No Hair No clothes !! Makes her job quick. She is a keeper! Oh and she said keep doing was I was doing....... no skin problems.
i think youre doctor needs an invite to go nude sailing.. she knows whats good for you and her.. ;)
I don't sunbathe. I prefer the shade at age 66 and not looking my age. The sun does age you. I've seen 40 yr. olds who look like they're 90 or leather saddles.
If you're one of those people that goes out of their own way to sunbathe for hours then I wouldn't be surprised if a 40 yr old looks 90. I guess 20-30 minutes shouldn't do much tho. I'm not one of those who does it for hours.
