I don't sunbathe. I prefer the shade at age 66 and not looking my age. The sun does age you. I've seen 40 yr. olds who look like they're 90 or leather saddles.If you're one of those people that goes out of their own way to sunbathe for hours then I wouldn't be surprised if a 40 yr old looks 90. I guess 20-30 minutes shouldn't do much tho. I'm not one of those who does it for hours.

I go to county parks and find a hiking trail back to a secluded field or clearing and spread out my blanket.

It's the only way to sun bath, I can't be bother if it's not naked (a bit of a waist of time if your not naked if you ask me).
