I don't sunbathe. I prefer the shade at age 66 and not looking my age. The sun does age you. I've seen 40 yr. olds who look like they're 90 or leather saddles.

I've seen 40 yr. olds who look like they're 90 or leather saddles.If you're one of those people that goes out of their own way to sunbathe for hours then I wouldn't be surprised if a 40 yr old looks 90. I guess 20-30 minutes shouldn't do much tho. I'm not one of those who does it for hours.
