Deck Privacy
Just wondering if anyone has any good ideas for making a deck private. I do not want to enclose the deck, just want to make so I can sit and enjoy the sun and not have it look like I am trying to hide. I have some very curious neighbors and if I make go to elaborate it will draw too much attention. I have searched the web for idea, but have not found what I am looking for.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
I've often wonder about this as well and if we end up moving to a high rise condo/townhome, I'd like for us to be able to sit or lounge nude on our balcony when we want and I've looked into silk plants and trees to give me that ability on the side where I would need the privacy.
Lattice works great and you can plant a trailing plant to grow through the squares and give you that added privacy as well as adding color and greenery to your deck. I hope you're able to achieve what you'd like and hopefully your neighbors will respect your privacy.
How about lattice work? I've seen some great decks done that have lattice around them for added privacy. They look great, and doesn't really make it look like you're trying to hide anything.
