Miami and Caribbean

I'm thinking of doing a nudesailing triparound the Leeward Caribbean early next year, probably flying via Miami. Can anyone suggest nude places to stay, things to do around Miami or close by that a single nude traveller can do to make the highairfare costworthwhile.
