Bohemian Roommate (Harlem / Morningside)

Two of us are keen on saving money. Interested in splitting the rent, utilities and maybe food in my two-bedroom apartment that sleeps three, sometimes four, depending. An ideal situation would be minimum three-month trial arrangement.
We are looking for another social nudist roommate only.
We're both male, early 30s, educated, self-employed and other is a doctor, easy going, love different kinds of music and art house films.
LOCATION: 3 blocks from 2/3 trains, 1 block from the B/C trains, three blocks from the 1 train.
We're seeking a guy that is responsible, respectful, neat and cool. Sexual orientation isn't an issue. Posting for roommate(s) only.
$560/month (utilities included). $560 security deposit.
