Sun may be addictive

A study done by Harvard University suggest that we may not be able to help ourselves, we maybe hooked. After all less clothes=more sun, but doesn't explain being nude indoors or that late night skinny-dip.

I am a nudist. That means I would prefer not wearing clothes. I am not a sun lover in that I do not seek out the sun but I love it for the warmth it provides. Actually, if I'm outdoors, I prefer to be in the shade. Yesterday I was lounging by the pool under the shade of a large pine tree and found it very restful and serene. So much so that I dropped off to sleep for a while. I doubt that I could have done that while lying in the direct sunlight.

It seems to make a lot of sense because theres a need for vitamin D. That stuff is essential to health and a lot of people seem to not understand how important vitamin D is. BTW its not just about stong bones but so many things including immunity is affected by vitamin D. Its a nutrient with a highly complex biological role. Vitamin D has more biological functions than I care to remember, thats how complex this vitamin D really is. Don't underestimate vitamin D.
