Can anyone tell me is the park entrance fee still $15 and is the snack shack on the beach open?

Can anyone tell me is the park entrance fee still $15 and is the snack shack on the beach open?If my memory is correct, the parking fee is $0.00 if you arrive before 7 a.m. Forgive me if I'm incorrect. I have'nt been driven down to Gunny in a while.
