Rincon - Bates Beach

The non landed group I am a member of, Southern California Naturist Association (SCNA) and Friends of Bates Beach (FOBB) are working to reestablish the clothing optional section of the beach. We are having a beach party on August 15th from noon - 6p at Bates Beach. Afterwards some of the group will be going into Carpinteria for dinner and using two dollar bills to pay for themeal. If
