RE: I have already been seen ( and more) from above

Something worth readinghttps://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-30387107. if you live in the UK. So if you are nude in your garden with other houses around you they should never come near you with a camera.

One time at a near by resort, an Army helicopter made a low pass over. Everyone waved!

RE: Question: Nudity and drones. Any fears?

In a word ... NO ... I do not fear drones nor do I fear the operator of the drone seeing me naked. I do not fear but I dislike the fact that these operators of drones may inhibit my wife's being comfortable being naked in our backyard. It's one thing to visit a nude beach, a club or resort or even open public land and be naked and being seen. It's quite another to be enjoying your own private property and have that invaded upon.
IF ... I see a drone hovering over our backyard, because the owner has witnessed our nudity, I will go inside and return with a BB/Pellet gun and aim it at the drone. It is my hope that the drone owner will remove his toy from my backyard or I will shot at it. If the drone departs and I can watch and see where it lands ... make no mistake, I will confront the owner and call the police.
But, no ... I do not fear drones.

Talking to the owner of our home club not long ago, she mentioned she had to file papers with the govt for a drone no fly zone.
Drones over the camp never even crossed my mind? It's the google glasses we have had a couple bad occasions with in the past.

Aircraft would be so far above that they would not be able to get a good look at your bare body. I admit my ignorance as to what are google glasses. To me, Google is a search engine.

One nudist beach in Victoria is located at the base of a cliff used by hang gliders, we watch them so who cares if they watch us.

No concern at all. If they want to fly close and look at me, I will just wave

RE: Question: Nudity and drones. Any fears?

About 14 years ago, I was at Gunnison Beach at Sandy Hook, NJ (USA) on the Labor Day weekend. The beach was very crowded. But it got a little cool and breezy, and a lot of people had put clothes back on. (Not me, of course; I stayed naked.)
A blimp came along and started circling the nude part off the beach. People stood up and started showing themselves to the blimp. One woman near me, who had put on a shirt against the chill, stood up and faced the blimp and opened her shirt (naked underneath, of course).
I took a couple of pictures of the blimp, then asked that woman who'd flashed her naked self at the blimp if she would take my camera and take a picture of me with the blimp overhead. She did; she took a couple, including one where she turned the camera at an arty angle.
So there I am, full naked from head to foot, with this blimp over my head. And off in the distance behind me is New York City.
And the World Trade Towers were by my knees. They came down just a few days later.
