I really don't mind if someone accidentally sees me outside, a plane or what ever that just flies over. I do mind if someone is using a drone to look specifically in peoples yards. That is a invasion of privacy and and no better than a peaking tom, plus I'll have a expensive target to practice on.
My biggest concern with these drones isn't my privacy being invaded or being seen naked. The problem is that a lot of these devices are now being used by thieves to *case* entire areas.
Having said that, we do live in a very conservative area and neighbours knowing we go sun bathing in our back garden would cause talk.
My opinion is that (a) we're specifically in our private back garden invisible to everyone and (b) if anyone is doing anything wrong, it's the drone pilot
Way back in the 1970's long before they had drones I sunbathed
naked in my garden. My friend was a flying instructor who guided
his students over me several times a day. Then We'd talk about it
in the club in the evening. Actually that was long before I called
myself a nudist. Who cares! If someone points a camera at me I'll
make sure they get a good picture.
I did come across a case when a man in a hang glider made a nuisance of himself repeatedly flying over a nudist beach taking photos. So everyone pointed their cameras at him. He went away.
