finding it hard
I'm finding it very hard to be a black nudist it feels like I'm the only one. Are there any black nudist out there
No really you're not, there are other black nudist out there.Why they are afraid is beyond each of us.I too was afraid to showcase my nudity or announce that I was a nudist until I found TN.I've been an at home nudist for over 30 years and now I'm the happiest I've been in a long,long time.No we're not the only two black nudist on this site.
You are not alone as a black nudist. I know it feels like that at time especially when you go to nudist venues, beaches, resorts, campgrounds, sites, etc.. I have been a nudist most of my life and been secretive about it. I sometimes feel awkward being severely in the minority but get over it quickly after I have been checked out even if I have been check out. I have always been welcomed and accepted and will always enjoy being naked. Do not fear, there are more black nudist than you think. We are not alone. Stay naked as much as you want and enjoy your body.
How's it going Fred? I'm new to naturism/social nudism. Since I joined TN, I've met some really cool people. I have yet to experience nudism in a social setting but if things work out, I will by the end of 2014. I have plans to visit a TN friend and share some nude time. I love to travel and I'm hoping that at some point I can meet up with other TN friends and visit some of the nude beaches I've learned about here (i.e., Haulover, Hippie Hollow, Black's, Sandy Hook, etc.). I recently discovered that there are even nude cruises! Don't feel like you're out here alone because you're not.
On a single day at Gunnison Beach in Sandy Hook, NJ (my favorite place ever!) I saw more naked black folks (mostly men, as always, but nice to say more women than I used to see naked at the beach, don't mean that as a gawker / stalker, just interested in more diversity which more women is one of the steps toward that) than I have ever seen in my entire life prior. And I've been in lots of diverse locker rooms since my undergrad days...
Not sure where you live, but airfare to the NYC airports can be found at a decent rate if you plan ahead. It's worth the money and the time invested in planning the trip there. I wish I were there now!
Hello everyone, Please come to Wisconsin next summer and visit Mazo beach. We are public and free. There are all types, colors and creeds. We are all united in nudism. Mazo is actually clothing optional if you are not quite ready to drop all clothes on the beach. Most people are friendly and helpful. The beach is patrolled by game wardens (it is a DNR natural area). It is only open Sat/Sun in the summer and after 15 Sept, anytime you want. It is 50 out so too chilly for most. BTW, there are several people of color that enjoy the beach and travel up from Chicago area. Hugs to all, Marc
