Driving nude in QLD
I emailed the Transport department in Queensland about if it is legal to drive nude, and this was their reply.
Thank you for contacting the Department of Transport
and Main Roads (TMR) about driving while naked
Under the Queensland Road Rules(QRR)
there are no provisions specifying the requirement for clothing while operating
a vehicle.
While there are no provisions in the QRR, you may wish to contact
your local police station to ensure that there are no other legislative
provision applying to your question.
I trust this information is
of assistance.
Suggest that youspecifically first ask the Police if being inside a vehicle is considered a "public place" or "public".
Then after the Police have responded, reply asking the question about driving naked.
If you just asked your question, the Police may say that it's "willful exposure", however willful exposure relates to exposing yourself in public.

Alternatively the Police also use "public nuisance" clause if they can't use willful exposure. Public nuisance can be used for just about everything.
