Help to assist Alexandria Bay nude beach legalised.

Hi, I have set up a petition to try to have a beach legalised in the state of Queensland in Australia. Currently Queensland has no legal nude beaches. This petition is addressed to local and state politicians. Help is needed to increase numbers.

Done. The more signatures the better.
Ah Queensland, so beautiful, yet backwards in so many ways.
Cheers,

We really appreciate the support. However, without wanting to bite the hand that feeds us, i cannot agree with your second comment about Queensland being backward in so many ways. Yes at times Queensland marches to a different beat but that does not equate to backwards. In respect of clothing optional beaches, yes Queensland is out of step with other states and needs to move forward but unless enough numbers are gathered, then the vocal prudish minority will continue to be heard

213 signatures and each of those is really appreciated, but surely there are many many more who support clothing optional beaches. Please spread the word about the petition

Have just sent the following to FBA as I feel the Association would be the best to ask the candidates for their views as this might well be the bed time to see if we can get support from that area.
Might help if others could also do something along the same lines. Does anyone have contacts they feel could bed present the views of the petitioners and naturists generally
My email to fba:
Hi was just wondering if the association might have any plans to use this election campaign period to ask the local candidates as to whether they would support the petition which now has roughly 550 signatures.
Cheers
