A big thanks to an anonymous naturist from a Newbiew

Hi to all. This is my first post as a Newbie (to this site, not as a Naturist - which I have been for 30+ years).
This is a heart warming story and a bit of a needle-in-a-haystack attempt at saying a big "Thank You".
My wife and I have just returned from a week in Gran Canaria, our favourite Naturist holiday spot. Over the last few years we have really enjoyed the bar life around Kiosk 4, the "go-to" naturist beach bar in Maspalomas which I's sure many know.
On our last day (Wednesday 15th) we were really enjoying ourselves making a couple of new friends and chewing the cud. My wife and I had both been afflicted by a stomach bug after a couple of days on the island. Foolishly, we had tried to largely ignore it, despite both being sick and (frankly) not re-hydrating enough. Suddenly at about 5.30 my wife came over very ill, went all feint, shivery, had to sit down etc and (worryingly) her fingers went numb and she was unable to make a fist.
Naturally, all the naturists around went into help / concern mode. One chap in particular was very helpful. I'm fairly sure he was German, I'd say in his 40's and a good looking chap of good build. I'd say he might be in the medical profession possibly. He took charge of the situation and helped with his advice and counselling whilst a police car was called (Red Cross had finished at 5!). My wife was rushed to a nearby hospital. I was worried sick, although she was discharged 3 hours later having had a potassium / sodium drip....all tests & readings were OK, thank God.
I won't go into great detail about a rather mixed hospital experience, other than to say, "Thank God for having an E111" (European Government Health Insurance card). I only just remembered to get ours renewed before travelling.
Anyway, I guess it's a big shot in the dark but if this guy happens to use this forum or if anyone knows him who was there, I'd like to say / pass on a massive thanks, as I didn't even get his name.
Despite these travails we had a great time overall and if anyone is thinking about going to Maspalomas we would thoroughly recommend it - a hugely tolerant place with a fantastic beach and a bunch of naturists who seem even friendlier than the norm.....we have never failed to get talking to people even though our language skills are minimal. Next time (which there definitely will be) we shall be packing a sack-full of re-hydrating powder!
Thanks for listening....just had to get this out somehow!
Friendship to all, Steve
