VideoChat Problem
Does anyone know what
happened to the cams in video chat? That was one of the key features of
the site which allowed us to interact with friends and get to know new
friends. What happened? Was it a technical problem or has the videochat
feature been deleted? HELP!!!!
From the chat logon page comes the official word: Video Hosting Userplane has restricted us from using video, since we're too far over bandwidth. We've found a new vendor and should have the new solution online within the next 48 hours (and without the annoying ads!!)
That is great to know, I haven't been in chat for over a week because my computer got infected with a virus from one of the ads and I am not about to use my laptop there till I can get other fixed and risk another computer down.
As others have said, it is probably too much to hope for the abusers to decide to go elsewhere, but people continuing to flag abusers will definately thin them out.

There is a message from people's assumption that chat room misbehavior caused the cam shut down. Apparently chat room users have become lax about flagging the violators. We should now be ready to flag any of the wankers. However the warning that false flagging can get you banned -- that probably has some people afraid to flag. You need to submit proof when you indicate the reason for flagging. A screen photo would prove that violator was wanking. But then, some people don't know how to take a screen shot. On a Mac, it is shift-command-3.
In my 12+ years on the Web, I've discerned that those who complain about the "whiner-flagger-blockers" (i.e., those who believe that rules are made to be followed) are the ones that violate the rules.What's your suggestion? Should those who want to maintain the high standards of True Nudists shut up and allow the perverts and trolls to turn it into another sexual sewer? It won't happen. If you can't accept that, feel free to find a site more to your liking.

And I've found that the whiner-flagger-blockers are extremely unhappy people who generally complain about everything, voyeurs who like to perv on others, or hypocrites who complain about others in order to distract attention from their own misbehavior.
My suggestion? I suggest that everyone act like an adult, mind his or her own business, and take responsibility for their own choices and how they affect others, especially choices that create a negative atmosphere in the chatroom. You bitchers and moaners make things just as unpleasant for those of us who play by the rules as for those who don't play by the rules. I suggest you go somewhere else to complain.
