Tugging routine

I am mainly doing manual stretching and am seeing good results. My routine is Manual 2. In the morning I do a 2/1/20 min. stretch just short of feeling pain. That is 2 min. stretching, 1min. rest were I am not stretching and then 2 min. stretch again for 7 reps. for a total of 20 mins.
I am interested in hearing from others what there tugging routine is. That is whether it be manual or what devices you use.

I use the DTR for restoring. I'm having good success with it too.

Besides my 24 / 7 retaining routine, I'm also learning the same manual technique you find successful. But damn! Hard to find the right timer.

I am using DTR to get length and pulling the foreskin out with 2 fingers on each side to get width, otherwise I stay bunched north of the corona.

I have been using my DTR now for 17 months now!! I am having good results from it!! Just can't get completely over the hump yet!! When I sit I get roll over pretty consistently now, it just won't stay more than 45 sec to a minute before the skin retracts back over the coronal ridge!!
