In south west Scotland there is a peinsular called the Mull of Kintyre. It points down towards Ireland. Many years ago I was told that a penis is not erect if it points down at that angle. Just a thought.
But it is more about the choice of pictures than about something that comes up in soo many forums.
I am ashamed to admit i literally go weeks without looking at the forum posts and this is the case with this particular one and i have to say i am amazed it has carried on as long as it has, in my opinion the biggest cock in the TN website is NudeinMa-and thats not meant as a compliment-and i totally ignore him and his childish attempts to be clever/condescending/sarcastic and abusive to all other contributors to the forums, as i will do after i have posted this, but i must say i agree with his sentiments, this is a naturist site not a porn one, if your not capable of taking a picture of your penis relaxed leave and join a swingers site where you belong, end of story! Its hilarious that no-one seems to have mentioned that the person who raised this point has used it as an opportunity to show his hard member, no wonder the female members are fed up with the pervs here! Do all of us normal genuine naturists a favour and go and join the appropriate site for what your looking for, unfortunately its obvious that some males get off on showing themselves aroused to innocent people.
An erection is an erection, weall know that. But I believe if one has a semi erection in a picture. But the focus of the picture is not on the crotch area solely it would be alright, but a full erection no matter how you try is hard to hide. The distance of picture come into play too. We could argue this for hours. I've seen a lot of male pictures on this site and I believe that the majority are done very well!!
I have been a member here for little more than 30 seconds. I can understand the issue of erections. I wish that people would understand that an erection is just one of the things that define men as men.And an erection has a mind of it's own. The more attention an erection gets the longer it's going to stay erect. I would think a nudist organization would under stand this. Any member of a nudest organization taking offense to an erection should probably stay home.
Altough I would probably not post a photo of myself erect, I would not take offence of it as long as their were no other sexual conitations within the photo. Just the action or thought of snapping a photo in the nude can trigger an erection. I'm assuming all here are nudists. We all know what a penis looks like, we all know how it behaves, and what it's used for. So whats the big deal. The victoriandays are long gone. Lets just get over the natural function of the penis and just be nudists

Yes, it's natural, but it can and does offend others - especially the new comers to nudism. It rarely happens. It's a common courtesy the same as sneezing, you cover your nose - don't you?
Well just found out that in UK law any penis abover 45 degree incline is classed as an erection!!! go figure.
Then I have nothing to worry about. The shear weight of something so massive prevents it ever reaching that angle.

Bottom line remains that etiquete dictates that ANY erection is unacceptable in a nudist environment.
Any argument to the contrary, natural or not, "justified" or not, says that the arguer doesn't give a damn about established etiquete, cares nothing for the feelings or sensibilities of other human beings, and would be a lable I'd certainly choose not to wear.
