Hi to all those in the central belt of Scotland.
i will be visiting Alloa Swimming Pool on Tuesaday 19 Jan just after 6pm to swim in the public pool,
then about 50 mins in the sauna area,
as it Tuesday it is men only, so can be naked in thh sauna area
