Chat Problem

Getting a message that the chat cannot connect.It will connect on my phone button my computer, I've tried on Firefox, Chrome, Explorer and Safari and nothing.Just says it cannot connect to chat...nothing else.
Phone is on the same wifi as it works but it's a dumbed down version of the chat, no video, etc.
Any ideas?
Would be nice is TN had some sort of troubleshoot page for the chat...
Found a thread from years ago with a bunch of threads about issues but none fixed my problem.

I just checked. I entered the chat room, looked around and left. No problem.

The chat is working just fine. You may be missing a plugin for you browser that makes it compatible.
