just about to jump in the shower to get myself all nice and clean after a long day at the office. Love having my full body sports massage to release my tight hamstrings and click my shoulders back in to place. The best bit is that Physio is a cool guy who lets me have the treatment naked. He's keen to strip off too but other pending appointments mean he hasn't yet. Maybe he will be able to this evening.

Thanks John. It was great though he couldn't strip as his colleague was in. He offered me a Saturday appointment next time so he may be able to.
